We offer a free delivery option to most BS, BA, NP and CF postcodes. We also deliver to small number of SN and GL postcodes surrounding Bristol and Bath.

We have our own fleet of vehicles delivering appliances daily
Delivery will be made between 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Bristol and Bath postcodes have the option of next day delivery and Saturday delivery
Next day delivery has a cut-off point of 3pm for Bristol and Bath orders
All our deliveries will be taken to a room of your choice - at no extra charge
For maximum convenience add both installation, recycling, and packaging removal at checkout

We offer freestanding installation to all postcodes highlighted in the map.
Integrated installation is available to Bristol and Bath postcodes, however please contact our sales team on 0117 924 6002 if you are looking for integrated installation outside of these areas.
Any installation requirements can be added at checkout.
We’ll install your new appliance at the same time as delivery.
Disconnection
Disconnection of your old appliance is included in the installation service.
We please ask that you ensure your old cooling appliance has been defrosted and is free from any water before we take it away.

What you can do before the delivery
If your product requires access to mains such as gas, water or electric, before your allocated installation time, please make sure that the mains are easily accessible for our staff to be able to fit your kitchen appliance with ease and to a high quality.
You will need to measure the space where you would like your new appliance to go, and the route we’ll need to take to deliver it. So that you know what size is suitable, each of our products have the measurements listed to help you find the right one for you.
Removal and Recycling Options
We can take away your old appliance and recycle it responsibly on your behalf for just £20. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, clean and at the property entrance when we arrive.

Re-delivery, Failed Delivery or Collection Charges
Please note that in the circumstances outlined below, re-delivery, failed delivery or collection charges will apply.
Our re-delivery costs vary with our flexible delivery options and your postcode – you’ll be informed of the price when you make your booking. Next day delivery and some timeslots will cost a little extra.
Amendments After Cut-off: You can make changes to your order free of charge up until 2pm the day before delivery. After this cut-off point your product delivery will be on its way, so if you’d like to make any amendments to your delivery date/time, we will need to take a re-delivery charge for the revised delivery slot. Alternatively, if you cancel your order after the 2pm cut-off, a failed delivery charge will apply.
Failed Delivery: If we are not able to complete a delivery or associated service as a result of you not being in during the communicated timeslot, or any other reason that you are responsible for, you’ll be able to rebook. You’ll be informed of the re-delivery charge for your selected date at the time. Any additional services that need to be re-performed will be charged at the current rate for that service. Should you instead choose to cancel your order, a failed delivery charge will be applicable. Please note that in these circumstances, the delivery/service charges that you paid when you placed your order will not be refunded.
Collection: Should you change your mind about your product after delivery and require us to collect it from you to return it, a collection charge will apply. Full details of our returns and refunds process can be found in our terms and conditions.
