Placing your order

  1. How and when can I order?

You can order your item through this website or from one of our friendly customer advisors, who are available Monday to Saturday, 9am-5:30pm on 01179246002

  1. How can I get an invoice for my order?

You will receive an invoice via email after ordering, however if you require a more detailed invoice, please contact us in store

  1. How do I know if the item will fit?

We try to list the full dimensions for every item, and whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted on the website are approximate.

  1. Will I receive the exact model shown?

Images of the items shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort to display all the item colours and features accurately. However we cannot guarantee that all the images displayed on your screen will accurately show the true colour of the item delivered to you. Please be aware that colours may differ between manufacturers. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that item specifications are correct on our site, due to continual item development, specifications may change without notice. If you have any queries regarding a product specification or colour, please contact us or visit us in store.

  1. The product I want is out of stock. When will it be back in stock?

We always try to stock the products you want. However, if the product that you want doesn't show or is out of stock, please contact our store and our staff will assist you with finding your product.

  1. Do you have a price match promise? 

If you find a cheaper price elsewhere call us on 01179246002 and we will try to match the price on selected retailers. For more details refer to our price match promise page

Payment

  1. What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payments, such as Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro. As well as Paypal, Paypal Credit and Klarna. 

  1. Can I pay on finance?

Paypal credit and Klarna are available on the site, offering different finance options. 

  1. Does it cost me any extra to use PayPal?

No, PayPal is completely free. However, it can only be used on online orders, not telephone orders.

  1. Are my personal details safe?

Yes, we encrypt all personal details. Please read our 'Privacy and Security' page for more details on how we keep your personal details safe.

  1. If I don't want to pay online, what do I do?

Simply telephone our friendly sales team on 01179246002

Returns & Refunds

  1. What do I do if my product doesn’t have a warranty and is faulty?

If your product's warranty has expired then unfortunately we are unable to replace it. Please contact us and we will assist you as best as we can with your issue.

  1. How do I return an unwanted product?

If you do not want the product, you can return it unopened and unused to our store. Please contact us to arrange a time to do this and we can assist you with the process of getting a full refund

  1. When will I get a refund? 

You’ll get your refund within 14 days of returning your product. This will go back to the original payment method.

  1. Will I get a full refund?

If your item is unused, you’ll get a full refund.

 

Delivery 

  1. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery to Bristol postcodes is free, and we will always try to offer a free delivery option to postcodes in the surrounding area of Bristol. Please see our delivery page for more information.

Can you install my new product?

We can install most appliances we sell, please see our installation page for more information on our installation services.

  1. What happens to my old product?

We abide by the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations set out by the European Community directive in 2003, which means it is our responsibility to dispose of your old electronic items correctly. Visit our recycling page to read more on how we dispose of your products.

  1. Do you deliver up steps?

We do, but our drivers will have the final say on whether a delivery is possible.

  1. Can I change my delivery date?

If plans change, don’t worry, just give us a call on 01179246002 and we will change your delivery date.  

Installation

  1. How much does installation cost?

This depends on the appliance you’d like us to install. We will always display the installation prices on the product page. 

  1. I’m ordering two products - do I have to pay twice for installation?

Yes. You have to pick the service for each item. 

  1. Can I add installation after ordering?

Yes, you can. But this might affect your delivery day, as it depends if any of our engineers are available. Simply telephone our friendly sales team on 01179246002 and they will get this arranged for you. 

  1. Can you install on a different day to delivery?

No. Installation can only be done on delivery day.

  1. How long will it take?

Every installation is different, so it's difficult to say. Generally we ask you to allow at least 45 minutes per installation.

Recycling

  1. Will you disconnect my old item?

Disconnection of your old appliance is included in the installation service

  1. Do I need to defrost my fridge freezer?

Yes please. Make sure it’s thoroughly defrosted and free from any water, otherwise we won’t be able to take it away.

  1. I have more than one item I need to recycle – can you take another?

Yes, but each individual appliance will incur a £20 removal fee.
