How can I return my item?

Terms and Conditions
- If you are not 100% happy with your new product, no worries, just let us know within 100 days of delivery
- To receive a full refund, the item must be unused and in its original packaging
- In cases where the product has been unboxed, used, or installed, we may only be able to offer a partial refund, as the value of the product has been reduced from your use
- If your new appliance has been installed it cannot be returned unless an uplift number has been given by the manufacturer to collect the product due to mechanical failure
- We will always try to offer you a collection date free of charge, but if you require a specific date this will incur a small surcharge of £30
- When a return falls outside of our returns policy, you will be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the cost of the appliance
