How much does it cost?

To extend an appliance with 1 year’s warranty to 3 years this will cost £75

To extend an appliance with 2 year’s warranty to 5 years this will cost £95

In the event that you need to make a claim please contact the customer service department on 01179246002. Please have the following details ready:

- Your warranty reference and details of the product

- Date of the incident

- What appears to be the fault with the product

A member of our customer service team will then assess the nature of the incident, and if it is protected under your warranty arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced.
