All items are subject to availability, and we can only guarantee availability while stocks last. Products stated as in stock on our website are either in stock in our warehouse or with one of our manufacturers. Products stated as pre-order are in stock with our manufacturer and can take 5-8 working days to arrive at our warehouse. If we aren’t able to deliver the item you have ordered we will tell you as soon as possible, and either offer an alternative product or a full refund.



We hold hundreds of items in stock, most of which are available for next day delivery.delivery option to most BS, BA postcodes. We also deliver to small number of SN and GL postcodes surrounding Bristol and Bath as well as some CF and NP postcodes. If you are not home on the agreed delivery date there will be a re-delivery charge of £50. 


A member of our sales team will call once the order has gone through to confirm the delivery slot. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will be in touch by phone or e-mail to keep you informed. Feel free to contact our sales team to discuss availability prior to placing your order. 


The products we deliver are often big and heavy items to lift, so there will be certain occasions when we may be unable to get it into your property. Lots of steps, narrow corridors, radiators and restricted parking are all things that may hinder our ability to deliver; it is your responsibility to ensure access to your property. In situations where we cannot gain access, we may be able to offer delivery to the nearest point possible i.e. your garage, so you can make arrangements to get the product in. If we believe successful re-delivery is viable when you have taken the necessary measures, we will attempt another delivery however we reserve the right to not re-attempt delivery; in this case we will always give you a full refund. In the case that re-delivery is an option this will incur a £50 charge.


We have our own fleet of vehicles, and we offer delivery to a room of your choice. For delivery of side-side items an added charge of £100 will be added at checkout if the item needs to be delivered to an additional floor in your property. When one of our drivers brings and item into a room of your choice, we cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred. It is the customer’s responsibility to protect any floors or walls to prevent damages.   


Installation, removal and recycling of your old appliance, and removal of packaging, if required can all be added at checkout. Integrated installation can only be offered to BS and BA postcodes. We offer freestanding installation to all postcodes we deliver to.



Any visible damage to your item should be reported to our customer service department within 14 days of purchase. We may request photographic evidence to support your claim. 


Cancellations and Out of Stock Items  

Sometimes we have to hold our hands up and admit we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered). In this instance we may have to cancel your order at any time, even if you have received your Order Confirmation email, and you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid.  



If you’re not happy with your product or you’ve simply changed your mind, you’ll need to let us know within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund (this is longer than outlined in your statutory rights, which gives you a 14 day time frame). However, if you have unboxed the product, used it or had it installed, we may not be able to sell it to someone else. This means that where the value of the product is reduced by your use, we will not be able to make a full refund. If you have not used the product and it is returned to us in the original packaging, you will receive a full refund. Where possible we will offer a collection day for your returned items which is free of charge, if you prefer to nominate the day of your collection there will be a charge of £30. When a return falls outside of our returns policy, you will subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the cost of the appliance. 



All prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT but exclude any delivery and credit card transaction charges. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order, except in the instance where an error has occurred with the price shown on the website Prices can go up and down on a daily basis, When placing an order you are purchasing the item(s) at the price(s) shown at that time. Should a price subsequently change after your delivery is placed we are unable to adjust your order to the new price.

The re-distribution, re-publication, or otherwise making available of the material on this website to third parties without our prior written consent is prohibited.

Whilst we try our utmost to ensure the accuracy of our site we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors, colour accuracy, image discrepancies or product dimensions. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged we will immediately issue a credit to your account equal to the value of the original payment taken. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that product specifications are correct on our website, due to continual product development through research & design, specifications may change without notice.

All dates and times given for delivery are given in good faith, we endeavour to meet all agreed schedules with our customers and with our suppliers, however we cannot be held responsible for any loss of time or monies resulting from delayed, missed, or incorrect deliveries.
